New Loft of Alfredo Matheus
Alfredo is a flyer in Caracas, Venezuela. Like a lot of us not having a lot of extra land he needed a good mufti use loft to fit his space. Using the "Starter Loft" designed he widened it and incorporated three compartments. He changed roofing materials to match his other buildings and is adding a lot of other custom features. This outstanding new loft is an excellent example of what can be done by one man in a few week ends.
Here are some construction photos

Like a lot of us, Alfredo decided he needed a bigger loft, so this spring the "Starter Loft" came down and a larger loft was built. Alfredo had to do a lot of site work to accommodate the new loft but the results were worth it. Although the construction is not "Panel" but conventional studded the overall design closely follows the "Starter Loft". This is a fine example of what can be done with the basic design or concept of the "Starter Loft".
