| Racing Pigeons are our passion, and we enjoy it all, from winning races to the friendships we have made. We take our birds very seriously, but at the same time try to have as much fun as we can. After all, that's what our hobby is supposed to be about, fun. We have tried to show you what we are doing here at Red Rose Lofts, yet at the same time keep our site fun and entertaining. We hope you enjoy your visit. Red Rose lofts is a small racing loft. striving for quality rather than quantity. We keep four main families of birds. For the short fast "Sprint" races we have a top family of Van Reets Bred down from the origional Dean Pallat Champion breeders. Including "Leyton Express", "Red Tide", "The End", "Good News", and "Desert Storm". For the middle and Lond Distances we have our "Merckx Janssens" including one imported grandson of the "019". And our "Hard Core Make it Home no Matter What" Old English Barkers. |

Red Rose Lofts are located in the heart of Central Oregon. Where you can find some of the best scenery and fishing in America. Our 300 days of sun a year and the arid climate promote super health in our birds. We belong to the Central Oregon Racing Pigeon Club. A very active and social club with members in Madras, Redmond, Bend, and Prineville, OR. |
| Steve has been flying for five years now but like many had pigeons as a teen. His racers were primarily Cuban Stassarts. Before coming to America Linda raced for many years in England flying the "South Road". She prefers long distance racing and has experienced the excitement of racing over the English Channel against thousands of birds. In England Linda flew Van Reets, Delbars, Kirkpatricks, and the hard core king, Barkers. In Sept of 2001 Linda brought to Red Rose lofts one of her Champion Barker Cocks from her old loft in England. Steve and Linda fly as a team. Steve manages the pairing and breeding. Linda's specialty is the Young Bird Team and she is notorious for her "Flag Training". Both Steve & Linda handle the Old Bird Team. |

They say "One Picture Says it All". Here she is, REDROSE 1444, Winner and only "Day Bird" of the 2003 World Trade Center Memorial Race, she is a daughter of "Jose Paniagua". For the last four years Red Rose Lofts has consistently been at the top of the sheet. In Club and Futurities races, winning several One Loft Races and several National Awards including "All American Loft", IF Champion Loft", and AU Breeders Cup" |
