Rosie

For many years Linda had a dog living in her lofts in England.  "Tan" was a Border Terrier.  Tan had her own door into the loft and lived inside with the birds.  Tan became so accustomed to Linda's pigeons she could tell Linda when a stray had trapped in the loft.  She also was very protective of Her birds, running off all cats and rodents.

Linda has many times talked of getting a dog as we live out in the country we have a lot of wild cats and assorted rodents.  Also with me working shift work Linda wished for the security of a dog.  When one of our prized pigeons suddenly disappeared I started thinking more about getting a dog.

Linda picked "Rosie" out of a litter of 10 pups on Mon, Dec 24th.  A Christmas gift for Linda it came as a complete surprise.  Linda was thrilled with her new puppy and Rosie is settling in nicely.  I am amazed at how fast she is learning things.  From time to time I will up-date this page with info and pictures.  I hope you will like Rosie's story as it evolves.
